Paripesa Terms and Conditions
Paripesa operates under a Curacao license and belongs to Optim Development B.V. Only customers who are at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in their country can place bets. The platform accepts wagers on sports and events worldwide, but users from the USA cannot participate. Bets are settled based on official data, and winnings must be collected within 60 days. In case of disputes, clients must follow the pre-trial procedure before taking legal action.

General Terms
Individuals directly involved in events, such as athletes, coaches, and referees, cannot place bets. The bookmaker has the right to reject any wager without explanation. If technical issues affect an event, bets may be canceled or settled with adjusted odds. Fraudulent actions, including multiple accounts and arbitrage betting, lead to account closure. Customers must keep login details secure, as any unauthorized activity remains their responsibility. Accounts that remain inactive for three months are blocked, and reactivation requires contact with security support. Any disputes related to bet settlements must be reported within ten days, while Cyber-Live claims have a 72-hour limit. The latest terms always apply to future bets.
Restrictions on Inclusion of Certain Outcomes
An accumulator cannot include bets that depend on each other. If it contains two or more such bets, the ones with the lowest odds will be removed. These are bets where one result influences another.
A bet on “Team to score a penalty Yes/No” loses if no penalty is awarded in regular time.
Bets on “How the goal will be scored” and “Next goal” lose if the specified goal does not happen.
Rules on Sports
All bets follow official event results. If a match is postponed or canceled, bets may be refunded based on bookmaker rules. Any technical issues or errors in odds may lead to bet adjustments or cancellations. Players, coaches, and referees cannot place bets on events they are involved in. Disputes must be resolved through the bookmaker’s procedures.
Extra Bets
Extra bets let clients bet on outcomes besides the main match result. These include predicting which team will score first, the exact score, and the time frame for a goal. Bets also include events like substitutions, penalties, bookings, and team performance in different halves. The bets are settled based on the official match results, including regular and added time.
- 1st Half-Match: Bet on the result of the first half and the full match.
- Correct Score: Bet on the exact score of the match during regular time.
- To Score First Goal: Bet on which team will score first.
- Goal Time: Bet on the time frame in which a goal will happen.
- Both Teams To Score: Bet on whether both teams will score.
- First/Last Booking: Bet on which team will get the first or last yellow card.
- First Substitution: Bet on which team will make the first substitution.
These bets add excitement and a wider range of outcomes to enjoy for those looking for more than just the match result.
